Meet Hilarie H. Robison

Hilarie Hicks Robison loves helping people and organizations observe and reflect on the lessons life teaches, then pivot to embrace opportunities with intense intentionality. (Following her own advice brought this Las Vegas native to TN!) A dynamic nonprofit executive and powerhouse fundraiser, Hilarie's calling extends to the stage and the page as an inspirational speaker and writer.

Meet Shannon Benedek, M.E.d, CEFL

St. Louis, Missouri

Shannon graduated from the University of Missouri- St. Louis with a Master of Education. She was a former educator and has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications. SEF brings together both of her worlds in helping support students with disabilities across St. Louis County. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others both personally and professionally and SEF helps her to provide the tools and resources for others to succeed.

Meet Tammy Brinker

Chief Executive Officer
Hernando County Education Foundation
Brooksville, FL

Tammy Brinker is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hernando County Education Foundation, bringing over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Originally from Missouri, she majored in Business Management and Child Psychology at Missouri State University before moving to Florida in 2000. A passionate traveler who has visited 14 countries and taught English in Japan, Tammy finds her calm in anything involving water. A proud mother and grandmother, she’s also a seasoned trainer, has raised over $45 million for education and students, and is working on her first book, set to be published in 2025.

Meet Lori Young

Lori graduated from Colorado State University with a BSW. She has worked in a variety of non-profits organizations including hospice, violence against women, youth services and finally at the Adams 14 Education Foundation. Lori is passionate about education and providing the tools to hard working students with a dream to further their education.

Meet Cara Anderson-Ahrens

Northshore Schools Foundation
Bothell, WA

Just past her 1 year anniversary with the Northshore Schools Foundation, Cara is well on her way to moving this well-established Foundation from being a little Engine That Could to a major player in the northern Puget Sound. With a focus on deepening relationships within the school district and the three cities served by the Northshore Schools, she is introducing the Foundation to new families from within the immigrant and refugee communities and helping local businesses find ways to be active participants in funding student lead projects. With a MAed in program management and classroom experience spanning pre-K-Community College Cara has the skills to take the Foundation to the next phase and maximize its influence on the Northshore community!

Meet Kim Crumrine

Royse City ISD Education Foundation
Royse City, TX

Kim Crumrine has been a dedicated member of the Royse City ISD Education Foundation Board since 2013, serving as Executive Director since January 2018. With a true passion for education, Kim's leadership has driven significant growth in the Foundation, particularly in fundraising efforts, greatly expanding its reach and impact. Her strategic vision and commitment to enhancing educational programs have been instrumental in supporting innovative and creative initiatives across the district.
