ImpactED ’27 features a newly formatted schedule designed to create more opportunities for engagement, connection, and learning throughout the conference.

Sessions will explore key areas of education foundation leadership, including organizational leadership and planning, marketing, board development, legal and financial topics, resource development, collaboration, and programming.
How many people typically attend ImpactED?
ImpactED brings together more than 300 education foundation leaders and professionals from across the country.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes! The conference will offer dedicated opportunities to connect with other education foundation professionals, share ideas, and build relationships with peers who understand the work.

All conference related sessions, meals, and receptions are open to only conference registrants.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes! ImpactED ’27 offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for organizations looking to connect with education foundation leaders. All available sponsorship opportunities close January 15, 2027.

Are continuing education credits available?
Yes! CFRE credits will be available for this conference.
Can I register for just one day?
One day pricing is not available.
Are group registration rates available?
Group registration rates are not available. Each attendee must be registered separately.
Do I have to attend the session I selected for in my registration?
No. Attendees are welcome to attend any breakout session during the conference and can move between sessions as they wish. Session selections made during registration simply help us gauge interest and plan accordingly.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes! Please contact NAEF via email with the new contact information [full name, phone number, email]
Will session recordings be available after the conference?
Session recordings will not be available after the conference. Registrants will receive copies of the presentations before and after the conference. Please make sure your profile is up-to-date regarding your email preference's.
Is there a first-time attendee opportunity or orientation?
Yes! A first-time attendee meet & greet will be held on Wednesday, March 17 from 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
How will I receive updates and other communications regarding my ImpactED '27 registration/attendance?
All updates and other communications will be sent via email. Please make sure profile is up-to-date regarding your email preferences.
What are the hotel rooming accommodations?
A room block with a special conference rate is available for ImpactED ’27 attendees. Once the room block is full, additional rooms at the special rate are not guaranteed. We recommend booking your room as soon as possible to secure the conference rate.
What should I do if I need accessibility accommodations?

What are the parking options at the conference hotel?
Daily valet parking at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is $54.00 per day, and on-site self-parking is not available directly through the hotel. There are numerous parking garages and street parking within walking distance.
