Participants will focus on the importance of stakeholder engagement, identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to effectively engage them in organization's activities. We will go into details of what each stakeholder cares about and discuss how to create a stakeholder matrix. For stakeholder engagement strategies, we focus on communication strategies, relationship building and feedback mechanisms.

Shreya is the Founder of ZAPS Consulting, an organization that focuses on providing strategy, operations and implementation consulting to nonprofits as well as the Founder and Executive Director of Catalyst STEM Learning, a nonprofit that focuses on closing the opportunity gap in rural communities by fostering a lifelong love for STEM education and providing the tools necessary for academic and career success.
Shreya has more than 15 years of experience working with nonprofits across various industries, including humanitarian assistance, global public health and K-12 education. She has been a leader at Teach for America, Teach Plus, Clinton Health Access Initiative and has consulted with numerous nonprofits.
Her expertise includes strategy development, program management, budget and financial analysis, statistical analysis, monitoring and evaluation tool development, grant writing, fundraising and capacity building of leaders. She has experience working in many countries including Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, and India.
Shreya has served as the President of the Board of Directors of The Connection Homeless Shelter, Vice President of the Board of Directors of North Platte Community College Foundation, Vice President and 2023 Gala committee chair for the Great Plains Health Care Foundation. Shreya is also involved with the Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska in North Platte.
Shreya holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, with a focus on nonprofit management and global social enterprise, a Master's degree in international public health from Johns Hopkins University and a MPA from Florida International University.
