Jeff Abke '96, Director of Development & Alumni Relations at Perrysburg Schools/Perrysburg Schools Foundation has been in this role, since it was created in 2013. Prior to coming home to Perrysburg, Ohio he spent 3 years in the Office of Advancement at Pomfret School (Pomfret CT), 5 years in University Advancement at Miami University (Oxford OH) and 5 years in the Office of Alumni & Parent Programs at St. Lawrence University (Canton, NY).
Jeff will speak about ways to bring the college, university and private/independent school model of alumni relations to your public school foundation. There is a powerful network of passionate and invested alumni who are interested in giving back to their school and community, put it to good use!
Lee Denker
Lee Denker became Executive Director of the Papillion La Vista Community Schools Foundation in Papillion, Nebraska, in 2021. He brought 25 years of professional higher education fundraising and alumni engagement experience to the role, having led alumni associations at both the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Boise State University in Idaho. Lee is a PLCS graduate and father of three PLCS graduates, so leading his hometown public education foundation is a labor of love. He proudly served previously as an elected member of the PLCS Board of Education and as a member of the PLCS Foundation Board.
